The INITIAL Full house cleaning is designed to get your house in tip-top shape so that you can repeat services at a lower rate (either weekly, biweekly, or monthly). If you go longer than 6 weeks between a cleaning by Humble Helper, the cleaning will be considered an INITIAL cleaning.

When you schedule a Bi-Weekly full house cleaning, you will be offered the discounted rate if you have scheduled your second cleaning within two weeks (give or take a day or two) of the last cleaning. Otherwise, your rate will resort back to the initial or monthly cleaning rate, whichever applies.
